• It is recommended that cakes are to be consumed on the day of pick up.
• Email confirmations only entitle the email recipient to redeem the purchased item. 
• Email confirmation must be presented upon pickup/redemption.
• Confirmation emails are only valid for one-time redemption and, on the specified pickup date. 
• Purchased items can be redeemed between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm at Café Boulud, located on the second floor of Four Seasons Hotel Toronto.

• The email confirmation cannot be exchanged for cash, or any other products, vouchers or services.
• Purchased items are non-refundable and are not for resale or commercial purposes.
