• It is recommended that food is consumed on the day of pick-up.
• Email confirmation only entitles the email recipient to redeem the purchased item.
• Email confirmation must be presented upon pick-up/redemption.
• Confirmation emails are only valid for one-time redemption on the specified pick-up date.

• Email confirmations cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or other products and services.
• Purchased items are non-refundable and are not for resale or commercial purposes.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to screen saturation, product colours and pigments may appear differently than those online.
• Redemption is only valid at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto.
• Purchased items can be collected between hours of operation at the Festive Desk, located in both the East Lobby and Issy's Corner at d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud.
  
• In the instance of disputes, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is final.
