• Orders will be delivered between 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM daily.
• All orders must be placed 1 hour in advance of the desired delivery time. 
• A CAD 6 delivery fee will apply to all orders. 
• Email confirmation only entitles the email recipient to redeem the purchased item(s).
• Confirmation emails are only valid for one-time redemption on the specified pick-up date and time.
• Email confirmations cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers or other products and services.
• Purchased items are non-refundable and are not for resale or commercial purposes.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to screen saturation, product colours and pigments may appear differently than those online.
• In the instance of disputes, the decision of Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is final.
